9:18 pm	Mammoth Mammoth 2005 (Dec. 26-28th) I just got back from Mammoth!!!! This was a Christmas gift from Q and he took his whole family including moi.  He rented a condo from 4horizons and I rented a van from hertz.  This was my first trip to Mammoth and I was very excited! Dec 26th- Got ready: grocery shopping, snowboarding gear shopping, and picked up the van. All the getting ready took forever. We really wanted to take Angel w/us (sneak her in) but she hates car rides so we had to leave her home We arrived at our condo at about 8:30 pm and chilled in our cozy condo. Damn, the elevation really made me gassy. Dec. 27th- Since we only had 1 restroom for the 6 of us, getting ready took a lil long. We went to check out the neighborhood and snowboarded. It looked real easy and I thought I would do great. Well, I did do pretty good for my first time...but I was catching so much speed...I got scared and would purposely fall on my ass to stop myself since I didn't know how to break...Sometimes I would fall on my ass accidentally...all that falling made me EXHAUSTED! But it was beautiful and I loved it! Went to an oyster bar to try out some food. If u know me well, then u must know i'm not a fan of seafood. So i had spinach dip which was yummy! Dec. 28th- Woke up feeling sore all over! Mostly my upper body, must be from picking myself up from falling so much. It snowed and that was so beautiful. I haven't seen snow since Paris (ages ago). Ate, packed, and drove home. Walked & played w/Angel. Took the van back and had dinner w/my parents @ Noodle Planet. Yum! (Comment on this)

3:20 pm	Time for another long entry of my weekend update. U ready? Fri- Took a day off of work to attend a warehouse sale. Damn, it is the BEST deal I have ever got in my whole entire life!!!! Ok check this, there were no shopping carts, no baskets, nothing for me to put my items in. Basically, i tried to grab as many as i can in my arms until i couldn't take it anymore ... Well it was quite a heavy load to carry while walking around searching for more items. I couldn't let go cuz once i do, others will start digging in my pile thinking it's available... I managed to get 20 items. Half were for my lil niece (mostly jeans). When i reached the cashier, i just tossed everything @ her. My arms started trembling because i just couldn't handle the weight any longer! But dayam, how i wish i could of grabbed more..If only i had like 20 arms...haha The sale was only from 11:30-1 . Quite short. Sat- Got my car serviced. Went to Q's house, they hosted a party for a friend's birthday. Everyone ate and played poker. Q won the $50 pot, so happy! For dinner, we headed to Medieval times. It was so much fun! That place smelled like horse shit and u basically feast in that smell..hahhaa but u get used to it! Yaya, i know..i should really stop wearrin that jacket when taking pictures...hahhaa but i love the jacket. it goes with EVERYTHING! Sun- Ugh, grading & report cards. I have parent conferences all week!!! Shoot me! Managed to squeeze some time for a rental w/q.  It feels like winter break already... (2 Comments |Comment on this)

11:29 pm	What women want I work with a bunch of women. I've worked in 3 different schools in my life and the ratio is 10 women to each man. Through tons of discussions, I realized one thing these women have in common within these schools. These women are ready to settle-NOW! There are tons of young female teachers in their early, mid, and late 20s who are single, smart, and beautiful...they're ready to start a family, ready to pour their hearts out to prince charming, ready to share a lifetime with that special someone. Yet it's so hard to find the ONE. First of all, working at an elementary school makes it that much more difficult to meet a potential male. Second, most friends of friends we know are mostly around our age-which means not ready to settle. They're still in their phase of finding out about their lives, identity, career, party scenes, etc. Third, where the hell do u go to meet a guy? Definitely not a club or bar... Internet? Eh...it can be scary. Fourth, the pressure they get from friends/family of trying to set them up w/leftover male species (losers). Pretty discouraging huh? I never realized until recently but it's so common now. This is a huge problem for elementary teachers so if u feel you're an elegible decent looking disease-free bachelor who's seriously considering to settle down...perhaps you should contact me. I have a list of single ladies but no one to introduce them to... Perhaps i should start a dating service at my school-hahaha. I fear I might become one of them in the future but at least I'll have tons of people in the same boat. It's sad but true-i was told by a co worker that she looks forward of attending weddings to meet eligible bachelors... (1 Comment |Comment on this)

12:09 am	This girl in red showing off her g string was soooo nasty @ the factory last week-she wanted to desperately win the costume contest. People actually booed her...not a bad view from the rear end huh? Ready to see the front ? Ok hahaha then here comes another picture that's more appealing to u men...however it's a fake package. 1:04 pm	Weekly Update Weekly Update: It's been a busy week at my work due to Red Ribbon week. We had a dress up theme the whole week. Monday-hat day. Tues- PJ day. Wed- Wear Red. Thurs- Hawaiian Day. Fri- School shirt day. There was an assembly and 2 sherrifs dropped by to educate us about drugs/tobacco and alcohol. ALL the kids got to hop in the sherriff's car and then a helicopter came for all the kids to see. How hot is that? Like my PJ? Fri- Worked at a country club to supervise kids at a halloween party. I was an appropriate maid, haha. Did pumpkin carving w/different kids for like 4 freakin hours!!!!! I smelled like a pumpkin! Then there was a costume contest & dancing & snacking & of course...drinking. Sat- Went to the Factory w/my gfs. The wait was ridiculous but some guy was kind enough to tell us that he'll hook us up next time. Gave us his info which was really cool cuz now there's hookups to Forte, Onproductions, and Visionshock. Can u say no line?  Anyway, hope y'all had a safe & fun weekend! Sun- Cooking Chicken Alfredo for Q. Probably going to do a rental and relax. I'm sore everywhere. (Comment on this)

5:39 pm	Lovely Weekend Update: Fri: Took 1/2 day off from work, requested a sub. Picked up my dog from the hospital, got him fixed. He wouldnt' sleep @ night and kept crying because i belive he was in heat. He wanted desperately to mate w/my other dog and that drove me nuts. Now, he's all better. Went to get  a pedicure & manicure w/my gfs.  Treated one of my gf as her bday present. Went to dinner @ Villa Sorriso Ristorante  in old town pasadena. That place has some bomb ass food. Was supposed to meet my gfs up at highland but we somehow misunderstood each other. Aimee and I ended up at Level 3 and partied away... It was visionshock's last nite @ level 3, all the male promoters wore suits. That was HOT! For the 1st time in my life-i actually gave other boys a chance and danced w/them. Anyway, Aimee crashed @ my house cuz she was drunk. Sat- Shopped @ santa anita w/my mommy. Ate, ate, slept and slept. Sun- Attended Debbie's wedding @ Sportsman Lodge. It was beautiful! During lunch, the brother did a toast to Debbie and her hubby.  Debbie lost her father at a very young age so the brother did a toast on behalf of the father... He started crying...The bride started crying...Our whole table started crying...We were laughing at one another but at the same time...we just couldn't stop! That was quite a bonding experience and all of our makeup got messed up. They played a song about a father while the bride and her brother danced to it...we all started crying again...geez! Then came the tossing of bouquet for all the single ladies. I stood all the way in the back...I SWEAR-the bouquet landed 2 inches from my foot. U know the saying, the person who gets the bouquet is the next bride...I looked at my neigbor and she looked at me...I just kinda FROZE there...and the maid of honor RAN and got on her knees to grab it... Quite a hilarious sight. What can i say-weddings are beautiful....She announced to us that she's ready to try for a baby. 10:14 pm	Would u like a rabbit? Oreo comes over to play w/Dumbo sometimes. One day, my aunt jokingly asked what the pups would look like if they mated... A shitzu mixed w/chihuahua-can u picture it? Well...here it is...quite a cutie! The only down part is the fur isn't as soft as a normal Shitzu-it has a Chihuahua's short hair texture. Btw, this isn't my dog's pup...My co worker's daughter has been wanting a dog for the longest time...After she borrowed my dog over the weekend-she was dying to have one asap! They found an ad on pennysaver and fell in love w/the pup when they saw it! They named her Roxy...9 weeks old... She has a rabbit-yes the gray one i adopted it for her-now they want to get rid of the rabbit because they find it "boring". Ya rabbits don't really interact or anything...Anyone want to adopt it? Let me know asap-call me if u have to-either return it to the owner or give it up to the humane society tomorrow! (Comment on this)

4:42 pm	SeaWorld Fri Aug. 5th- Went to SeaWorld w/my coworkers & the kids. I haven't been there in ages so I was super psyched! The new Atlantis ride was a lot of fun but got us soaked...We were pretty much drenched from most of the shows and rides. Interacted w/the dolphins...that was a priceless experience...the lil girls went in w/me while the rest watched and tooks pictures for us...We got to interact w/2 dolphins (1 at a time). First one is a bottled nose dolphin and her name was Maggie. The second one (the one in the pictures) is a different type of dolphin and the smallest type of dolphin. It weights 135 lbs and it is full grown.  He swims super fast and he's soooo clever! Saw the fireworks show before leaving. Stuck in traffic FOREVER-exhausted! I love SeaWorld! Wanna hear something disgustingly gross that's never ever happened to me before? What are the odds? While I was waiting for the kids to play in the playground area, a lil TINY fly flew in my eyes and died in there!!!!!! It died from me blinking and it got CAUGHT in there. I had to scoop it out w/my finger. You should of seen my co worker's expression ! Thank god i was calm and handled it fine. Sat Aug. 6th- Woke up early and felt shitty. My whole body is sore and tired. I think i slept wrong or something. Carpet cleaning crew came to clean our carpet-now it looks brand new! Went shopping w/my family and it was such torture-so broke and cant afford it! Went out to dinner w/family to a vietnamese restaurant, yumm. Sun Aug. 7th- Bought a whole bunch of snacks to mail it to Q...but he called and said he wants to come home already...so I guess we'll c... (Comment on this)

6:42 pm	Camping I'm back from camping!!!! Yes-my 1st time ever! Q is a huge fan of camping and fishing. He goes often w/his buddies and I have never joined him. I thought it would be good to share this experience w/him before he leaves to N. Carolina. But he was considerate enough to pick a place that was man-made so it was less intense. We went to the Santa Ana River Lake and camped there for one night. His 2 buddies joined us later on the night. It must of been my luck-i caught 3 catfish within 2 hrs!!! At night-the bites were getting slower... My fishing pole was real lucky-it caught the most fish! While I was sleeping in the tent-the boys caught more fishies. They pulled an all nighter while i had the whole tent to myself-muhahahah! The only down part is that I had to pee pee a lot-not too convenient. In total, we caught 9 but let go of 2 because they were kinda small... This morning it was crazy HOT! We packed up around 7:30 am and headed home. I took a shower & shit @ Q's house and napped all day in the cold AC. The first catfish I caught! The lake we fished from. Me & Q Here are other random pics: This is Diamond, she's almost 14 yrs old! This is Dumbo, my lil niece made him this shirt TODAY! Talented huh? One of my friend is getting married in late Sept-the color is Lavender. I bought the materials and found a pattern. I had my mom and sis make these dresses for her dogs ( a maltese & pug). ** My co-worker gave birth to a baby girl today!!!! We weren't supposed to find out the gender-we were supposed to wait patiently for her sis to phone my other co worker. But my other co worker was sooo eager that she called the Dr. herself!!! hahahhaa. (Comment on this)

10:04 pm	What a weekend! Here's the recap... Friday: Didn't have to teach but had to go back to work to check out. Went to CPK w/my coworker Randy. We had a nice chat. Then he went to watch Star Wars for the third time but this time, ALONE! I went shopping and bought myself a white gypsy long skirt. Headed home and rested. Went to Level3 w/the girls and 3 guys...I had 2 maitais and drank it rather quickly....I don't remember the go go dancers coming out yet...I had to pee so i went to the restroom...BUT it came out the other end!!!! I ended up puking my ass off...Linda kept watching over me...I didn't realize we were in there over 1 hr...The security guards went inside the girls restroom and escorted me out, yes i got kicked out!!!!! I don't know how the fuck they knew, someone must of told on me! They took us to a back exit which led to a street!!!!!! We didn't even know where we were and i was too drunk to walk. Thank god for Linda, she called the rest of the party to meet us up. THey watched over me while they picked up the car and drove me to Q's house. Dropped me off at Q's house and he had to watch over me. Dude, i only had 2 maitais but they were soooo strong...I don't know how it got me so fucked up...Anyway, i went to sleep. Pictures to come, i have to see it first to see if it's appropriate... Sat- Woke up w/my clubbing gear on, makeup, and earrings! Had a huge headache...Kept going to sleep and waking up...Finally around noon, Q took me to Dennys for some food. Then i went home and slept on and off until 4ish. Linda came by to drop off my ID and mula. Took me forever to get ready, and i went to Rowland Heights to a co-worker's graduation party. I puked again in my plastic bag in the car before entering the party-haha...I felt really sick! Left after an hour to pick up some soup for myself. I was sooo craving it. Went home and went to bed. Sun- Woke up feeling refreshed! Gave Dumbo a bath and got ready for a bridal shower in Thousand Oaks. I've never ever been to a bridal shower, it was so much fun! We played the unscramble words game and then toilet paper bridal gown. It was total girl bonding time and we got to plan the bachelorette party for August. Left the place around 5ish and went to Linda's for boba and dinner. The cake- party theme was "Tea party" The game we played,I dressed up the third chick w/some other girls. We almost won! 6:33 pm	Last week Today was the last day w/my kids!!! It's bittersweet-happy that the school year is FINALLY over but somewhat sad that i won't be able to see my kids again. The school i work for is only k-3 grade so they go another school for 4-6 grade. This week was hella busy. Ripped off all the kids' work from the walls, cleaned everything and packed! I don't know where i'll be teaching next year, everything is up in the air until mid summer. Yesterday all the third graders (170 kids) went to the park for a picnic all day. There was a tattoo and face paint station. We played water balloon games. It was hot, hectic ,but fun! I bought matching shirts for my kids, they decorated them. Today, one of my kid's dad who owns Cienega catering came to our class and catered Hawaiian food. We had a luau. Dude, her dad usually caters for movie premieres such as Mr. and Mrs. Smith-all the teachers were jealous. I was kind though, I passed out food to the teachers too since we had so much! I taught my kids how to do the Pearly shell dance and we did the limbo!!!!! We had a blast! Best of all, i received many Hallmark cards from my kids...But afterschol, I received a card that came with a $200 giftcard to the Westfield mall...WOW!!!!! After major cleaning my classroom, i headed to the mall. I picked up a turquoise coach purse from Nordstrom. But i might return it-decisions, decisions...Would u use the $200 to buy ONE purse you don't really need? Or would you buy $200 worth of clothes that you don't really need either????? Plus all these semi annual sales going on-geez...Aside from the $200 giftcard, i also received flip flops, beach towel, 14 k gold earrings, stationery set, candles, crystal plate, christian dior facial samples, and sees candie certificate. 10:25 am	Grad I had an unusual saturday today. Woke up at 7 AM to attend Kyu's sis' graduation @ 8 -cal state LA. Their graduation was a bit different from the other schools. For one, it was very  very very crowded. I think they had all the undergrad majors altogether. Second, they didn't call out names. Instead, they showed all the faces of the people coming up to shake hands on the big screen split into four. So there were like four peeps going on at once in different places and you just have to watch for their face on the screen. Kinda weird but went by pretty fast. Went for dim sum @ nbc. Haven't had dim sum in ages! Then went over to helen's pad to play poker!!!! I suck at it-still learning how to play so i lost my $20-but q won it back for me... so i'm even now, hahaha. Headed home around 5ish and had dinner w/Q-take out from the Hat. Took a loooong nap because were so tired...watched tv and napped some more. Like my new purse and wallet??? (Comment on this)
